At Prestige Wellness Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personal care products that have been opened.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

3. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we can replace it with the correct product.
