1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

We deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier services:

Delivery times may vary depending on location and unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.
Free shipping promotions (if available) will be applied automatically at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
You can use this number to track your delivery online with the courier.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take care to package your items securely.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days at info@prestigewellnesshub.co.za or call +27 75 259 3742.
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within South Africa.
We hope to expand internationally in the future.
